Our Purpose

Motivating | Engaging

The Unify Detroit Coalition's purpose is to offer educational and informative assistance to the residents of the City of Detroit.

Our goal is to secure and maintain, economic, social, resource and cultural advancements within government and institutions within the city for the benefit of all Detroiters now and in the future.

We will present collaborative recommendations and solutions to help unify Detroit for the over-arching purpose of retaining, maintaining and building upon political gains and autonomy achieved by and for citizens of the city of Detroit, during and since the years of the Honorable Coleman A. Young's administration. To that end, we work on establishing a public relations network using all forms of media to broadcast our message to every Detroit citizen.

Further,we will reach out to and add groups and individuals to our coalition who share our vision and goals.
